- E-gift cards can be redeemed at www.wigfactory.com or in-store at Wig Factory (6674 MIssion St. Daly City, CA 94014).
- Additional payment will be required if the purchasing price of your product(s) exceeds the balance on the e-gift card.
- Wig Factory is not responsible for lost e-gift cards or use without your permission.
- E-gift cards are nonrefundable and can not be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
- Coupons, promotions and sales can not be used when purchasing an e-gift card.

We hope you love our products. But in case you don't, whether the style or the color isn't for you, we are happy to issue a refund for your order.
- Items must be in new and original condition with original packaging and attached tags. Items should be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, odor-free and have all tags attached to the item.
- Items that are missing packaging, have detached tags, show signs of being worn, damaged, altered and/or having odor will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Items must be sent back within 10 days of receiving delivery of your order.
- $8.00 will be deducted from the refund amount for a pre-paid return shipping label.
- Visit the Returns Center to start your return.
- Input your order number and email address.
- Select item(s) you would like to return.
- Select a reason for return from the dropdown.
- Submit your return.
- A shipping label will be sent to your email address.
- Package the return item(s) in a box and attach the shipping label to ship it back to us.
We will begin to process your refund within 1 to 3 business days after receiving the return package and will refund the amount to the original payment method. If the refund is applied to a credit card, your credit card company may take up to an additional 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
