Return Policy

We hope you love our products. But in case you don't, whether the style or the color isn't for you, we are happy to issue a refund for your order.

• Items must be in new and original condition with original packaging and attached tags. Items should be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, odor-free and have all tags attached to the item.
• Items that are missing packaging, have detached tags, show signs of being worn, damaged, altered and/or having odor will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Items must be sent back within 10 days of receiving delivery of your order.
• $8.00 will be deducted from the refund amount for a pre-paid return shipping label.

Return Process

1. Visit the Returns Center to start your return.
2. Input your order number and email address.
3. Select item(s) you would like to return.
4. Select a reason for return from the dropdown.
5. Submit your return.
6. A shipping label will be sent to your email address.
7. Package the return item(s) in a box and attach the shipping label to ship it back to us.

We will begin to process your refund within 1 to 3 business days after receiving the return package and will refund the amount to the original payment method. If the refund is applied to a credit card, your credit card company may take up to an additional 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
